ASYMMETRY

“ASYMMETRY ” is a visual field of tension defined by dynamism, contrast, and unpredictability. Sharp angles, angular shapes, and fine lines intersect in an apparently chaotic dance. Yet within the seeming disorder emerges an aesthetic balance, raw, loud, and unapologetic. The work breaks with expectations and invites the viewer to discover beauty beyond order, in the freedom of the irregular. “ASYMMETRY ” is part of the art series “Blue in a Square”, which includes 300+ artworks.

Order within Chaos.

There came a moment in my life when I realized that chaos depends greatly on the angle of view. If you change that angle, what seems like chaos can dissolve—or arise in the first place. The same picture. The same circumstance. It isn’t always chaos just because it feels that way to me, but because the angle of view allows no other interpretation. Thus I learned that before I judge situations and conditions, I should consider them from different perspectives, in order to arrive at a real, truthful, and correct assessment.

The artwork “Asymmetry” addresses this phenomenon. At first glance, it is chaotic. But if you step back and let it work on you, the chaotic turns into its opposite. Viewed as a whole, it appears coherent, logical, and harmonious. Put differently: How do parents imagine a child’s room? And how do children imagine their room? If I change the perspective, I change the judgment. What would I think of a child that always has a tidy, clean, and orderly room? Just because things disturb my sense of order, opinion, position, or attitude doesn’t make them chaotic, just different. This is where acceptance and tolerance begin: not judging what is different, but allowing it to be different. In my life, this insight has been very fruitful. Not seeing things as better or worse, but accepting and respecting them as different, as a valid condition. The artwork “Asymmetry” can be ordered online only. You can freely choose the size, from 20 cm × 20 cm up to 120 cm × 120 cm. The production itself is defined. Simply fill out the online form or send me an email. I will answer your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Keynography Art

Keynography Art is a new digital art form founded by Christof Hintze, with no AI being used or applied, created in Apple Keynote—originally a presentation program. Through the precise interplay of complex stencils, masks, lines, and many layers and shadows, shapes, depth, and spatial effects are built up—like a collage, but entirely digital. The result feels like a graphic relief: clean, detailed, and surprisingly three-dimensional, even though it is made from simple Keynote elements. More about it in my bio…
