FLYING OBJECTS

The artwork “FLYING OBJECTS” presents an array of floating forms built from 3D beams in nuanced blues. Like folded ribbons, the elements tilt through space, cast long shadows, and appear interlocked—at times as modular building blocks, at others as impossible, Escher-like figures. Clear geometry meets optical paradox: construction and dissolution coexist. “Flying Objects” condenses lightness, rhythm, and ambiguity into a precise choreography of hovering, turning, and intermeshing. “FLYING OBJECTS” is part of the “Blue in a Square” art series with over 300 works. These pieces are available exclusively online and can be purchased only through this webshop.

The Beauty of the Unreal.

In our perception, we have collected infinitely many things. Our memory is full of objects, design, shapes, and items. We have stored countless images. And every day, more are added. And yet we keep discovering something different and new. Something that immediately captures our attention.

Our senses are constantly on the lookout for these things in order to recognize and store something new. But this curiosity can also fall asleep, fade, or withdraw. When you only want to surround yourself with what is familiar and known. For the artist in me, the child who asks endless questions, who constantly discovers, explores, and searches, is on duty 24 hours a day. That is exhausting and fulfilling at the same time.

Letting the child always engage playfully with the things of life is a way of living in itself. Like these flying objects. They appear unfamiliar in their presence and form. Yes, mystical to magical. Because they hover in space and are three-dimensional. That creates fascination.

The artwork “Flying Objects” can be ordered in the art store on the website. You can buy this one artwork or put together a series. Because there are several of these mystical objects within the series of more than 300 artworks. Together they create a very beautiful, inspiring atmosphere. All artworks are listed in the catalog. A selection can be seen on the website.

Keynography Art

Keynography Art is a new digital art form founded by Christof Hintze, with no AI being used or applied, created in Apple Keynote—originally a presentation program. Through the precise interplay of complex stencils, masks, lines, and many layers and shadows, shapes, depth, and spatial effects are built up—like a collage, but entirely digital. The result feels like a graphic relief: clean, detailed, and surprisingly three-dimensional, even though it is made from simple Keynote elements. More about it in my bio…
